They have great flavored and primary varieties.

If we are to tell you the truth, the carbs and calories of a bagel largely depend on its type. For example, a plain white bagel would have more carbs than a multi-grain one. See, that’s the type of difference we are talking about.

A small bagel could have around 150 calories while a large one would have about 400. That’s shocking, right?!

Similarly, a tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese would have almost 35 calories, while the normal one would have nearly 50 calories. Sadly, yes! We, too, discovered this recently :(.

One typically needs approximately two tablespoons of cream cheese for a single serving to spread on a bagel.  If we combine the calories, low-fat cream cheese on a small bagel comprises 220 calories, while standard cream cheese on an extra-large bagel can add up to 500 calories!!
